1. Product Description
Anionic polyacrylamide (PAM) is a water-soluble polymer with molecular weight between 8 million and 20 million. Soluble in any proportion of water, insoluble in organic solvents. Effective PH ranges from 7 to 14. Polyacrylamide can accelerate the settlement of particles in suspension, obviously speed up solution clarification and promote filtration. It is mainly used for flocculation, precipitation and clarification of various industrial wastewater, such as iron and steel plant wastewater, electroplating plant wastewater, metallurgical wastewater, coal washing wastewater, sewage treatment, sludge dewatering and so on. It can also be used for clarification and purification of drinking water.

Water soluble, can be completely dissolved in cold water.
Good flocculation effect can be obtained by adding a small amount of this product. Generally, only 0.01~10ppm (0.01~10g/m3) is needed to give full play to the effect.
Using this product together with inorganic flocculants (PFS, PCLC, iron salts, etc.) can show greater flocculation effect
3. Usage
Due to the high molecular weight of anionic polyacrylamide, viscosity, anionic concentration of the standard is 1‰(the concentration can be adjusted according to the turbidity of sewage. High turbidity, low concentration. When the turbidity is low, the dosage can be increased, but the concentration should not be changed, otherwise it will easily affect the smooth flow of the pipeline. In the solution, PAM molecular chain will break and degrade under the action of shear force, affecting its properties. Therefore, the mixing time should be shortened as far as possible to reduce the mixing intensity of PAM in the process of dissolution and dilution. In general, the mixing speed should be controlled at 50-250 RPM to reduce the mixing speed, not too fast. When using PAM solution, the dosing point should avoid strong mechanical agitation as far as possible. PAM solution delivery, the pipeline should be thick, variable head and less branch, the best choice of single pump or diaphragm pump, and do not choose centrifugal pump.
4. Packaging and storage
