Specific uses:

2. Usage:
1, polyacrylamide (PAM) use, with 0.01%-0.05% concentration of water solution, to use neutral non-salt debris water is appropriate.
2, polyacrylamide (PAM) dissolution, the non-ionic polyacrylamide products evenly scattered into the stirring water, stirring speed control at 100~300rpm. Proper heating (<60℃) can accelerate the dissolution.
3, adjust the PH value of the treated liquid, so that the non-ionic polyacrylamide products play a full role, through the test to select the best PH value and the amount of this series of products.
4, the addition of non-ionic polyacrylamide (NPAM) product solution, should be accelerated with the treatment of liquid mixing, the emergence of flocculation, slow down the stirring speed, to facilitate the growth of flocculation and accelerated settlement.
Matters needing attention:
1. Dissolution temperature. Dissolution requires a certain temperature to speed up the dissolution. But too high temperature, will make the polymer molecular chain fracture, reduce the use of the effect, the more appropriate dissolution temperature is 50-- 60℃.
2, stirring conditions. Dissolution should avoid too strong shear force stirring, too strong stirring will make molecular chain fracture, thus reducing the use effect. Mixing should use low speed blade, such as anchor type, frame type, multi-layer slurry, etc. The stirring speed is about 60 RPM. Transportation should also avoid the use of high-speed centrifugal pump, piston pump or diaphragm pump is more suitable.
3, evenly dispersed feeding. The key link of polyacrylamide dissolution is the uniform dispersion of feeding. After starting the mixer, it is best to use mechanical vibration screen feeding (screen mesh number is 10 mesh), as far as possible to avoid the production of "large lump", "fisheye" insoluble particles, so that the polyproacrylamide is fully dissolved, play a good use effect.
4, avoid iron solution. It is best to use plastic, enamel, aluminum, stainless steel and other materials in dissolving, stirring and conveying system.
