[Product Introduction] :

This product is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt polymer, the appearance of colorless to light yellow viscous liquid. Soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, hydrolysis stability, strong adaptability to pH changes, chlorine resistance. The specific gravity is about 1.02g/cm3, and the decomposition temperature is 150℃. By neutralizing the negative charge on clay surface, it can firmly absorb film on clay mineral surface, prevent clay mineral hydration expansion, dispersion and migration, resist water scouring, prolong the period of water injection, and achieve good effects of increasing oil well and water injection. This product has good compatibility with other fracturing fluid and acidizing fluid, and has the effect of sterilization and blocking.

【 Usage 】:

Non-expansive clay minerals can disperse into particles under erosion and migrate into formation pores, blocking channels and reducing permeability. Cationic clay stabilizer can inhibit clay swelling and clay particle migration, and is mainly used to prevent clay swelling when injected with water
