Non-ionic polyacrylamide is a kind of water-soluble polymer or polyelectrolyte.Because its molecular chain contains a certain number of polar groups, it can pass through the adsorbed solid particles suspended in the water, making the bridge between the particles or through the charge and condensing the particles to form a large flocculation.Therefore, it can accelerate the settlement of particles in the suspension, and obviously accelerate the solution clearance, and promote filtration and other effects.
It is mainly used for flocculation settlement of various industrial wastewater.Such as paper and pulp wastewater wastewater treatment, mining and metal smelting process wastewater treatment, wastewater treatment of steel plants and stone processing plants.
Non-ionic polyacrylamide properties
1, It is well water soluble and completely dissolved in cold water.
2, we can get great flocculation effect by adding a small amount of non-ionic polyacrylamide .it can works very well by only adding 0.01~10ppm (0.01~10g/m3).
3, It can show greater resultsal by using non-ionic polyacrylamide and inorganic flocculants (polymerized iron sulfate, polymer aluminum chloride, iron salt, etc.) together.

Application method of non-ionic polyacrylamide
1, forming water solution with 0.1% concentration with neutral water without salt sundries.
2, Putting the non-ionic polyacrylamide into the stirred water evenly, and the agitation speed is controlled at 100~300rpm. Appropriately increasing the temperature can accelerate the dissolution.
3, adjusting the PH value of the treated fluid to make non-ion polyacrylamide work fully. (confirming the optimal PH and the amount of non-ion polyacrylamide by test.）
4, when putting the non-ionic polyacrylamide solution, we need to accelerate the mixing with the liquid being treated , after presenting the flocculation, slow down the agitation to facilitate the growth of the flocculation and accelerate the settlement.
