The application of anionic flocculant in ranges of industires

Application range of anionic flocculant:

1. Used in textile and printing and dyeing industry. Anionic flocculant can be  used as sizing agent and finishing agent for fabric treatment, as well as to produce a protective layer that is flexible, wrinkle resistant and mildew resistant. By virtue of its strong hygroscopicity, the breaking rate of spinning can be reduced. Polyacrylamide can be used as a finishing agent to prevent static electricity and flame retardancy of fabrics. When used as auxiliaries for printing and dyeing, flocculant can make products with good adhesion fastness and high brightness, and can also be used as non-silicon polymer stabilizer for bleaching.

2, mainly used as flocculant: for suspended particles, coarse, high concentration, particles with a positive charge, water PH value is neutral or alkaline sewage, because anionic flocculant molecular chain contains a certain amount of polar base can adsorb suspended solid particles in water, make the bridge between particles form a large flocculant. Therefore, it accelerates the settlement of particles in the suspension, accelerates the clarification of the solution, promotes filtration and other effects. The product is widely used in chemical industry wastewater, waste liquid treatment, municipal sewage treatment. Water industry, high turbidity water purification, settling, coal washing, mineral processing, metallurgy, iron and steel industry, zinc, aluminum processing industry, electronic industry and other water treatment.

3, Used in the petroleum industry, has been widely used in  drilling mud, waste mud treatment, prevent water channeling, reduce friction, improve recovery, three times oil recovery.
