Decolorization agent can be roughly divided into three categories, flocculating decolorization agent, oxidizing decolorization agent and adsorption decolorization agent according to decolorization principle.
Flocculation and decolorization agent is a cationic quaternary amine polymer with various functions such as decolorization, flocculation and degradation of CODcr.
Adsorption decolorization agent is generally activated carbon, white soil or adsorption resin can be directly used to filter the impurities and oxides in the oil, set in addition to miscellaneous, flavor, decolorization, separation in one, so that the black oil into a light color transparent liquid, processed diesel acid value, color in line with the national fuel standards.
Oxidation decolorization agent is the use of oxidizing substances, such as sodium hypochlorite, potassium permanganate, ozone, etc., will destroy the colored groups to achieve the purpose of removing chromaticity.
Decolorizer is a substance that can remove unwanted dyes from a wastewater or substance.
High efficiency decolorization flocculant is a quaternary amine type cationic polymer compound with decolorization, flocculation and degradation of CODcr.
Range of application
It is mainly used for decolorization treatment of high chromaticity wastewater in dye plant, and can be applied to treatment of reactive, acid and disperse dyestuff wastewater. Can also be used for textile and printing and dyeing wastewater treatment and pigment, ink, paper and other industrial wastewater treatment. Can also be used as papermaking reinforcing agent, sizing agent.
Usage and dosage
1. Dilute the product with 10-40 times of water, and then directly add it into water, stirring for several minutes to settle or air float, and then get the decolorized clean liquid.
2. The PH value of wastewater should be adjusted to 4-12 first.
3. When the chromaticity and COD of wastewater are high, it is advisable to use decolorizing agent and organic coagulant aid together to treat, so as to reduce the treatment cost. The order and proportion of dosage should be determined according to the actual process of wastewater treatment. Usually, decolorizing agent is added first, followed by coagulant aid.
4. The product is non-flammable and explosive. It should be stored at room temperature and not exposed to the hot sun.
Matters needing attention
1. Need to be equipped with special dosing equipment, because the decolorizing agent and other agents can react to form a precipitate, so each agent should be equipped with a dosing device; If unconditional, can be homemade simple dosing device instead;
2. Dosing should be done in the order of dosing. It is recommended to set an agitator (or before the pipeline pump) at the dosing point to strengthen the coagulation effect;
3. Adjust according to the supernatant of the sedimentation tank
Clarity, chroma to determine the effect;
4. The dosage of the drug in the large test may be less than that in the small test, which is caused by the error of the operating system, which is normal;
5. If the amount of decolorizing agent changes greatly in the operation, it should be re-done to test whether the composition of sewage has a major change, and the amount should be adjusted in time according to the situation.
