The application:
(1) cationic polyacrylamide flocculant is mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including sedimentation, clarification, concentration and sludge dehydration. The main industries used are urban sewage treatment, paper industry, food processing industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy industry, mineral processing industry, printing and dyeing industry, sugar industry and various industries of wastewater treatment. It is used for municipal sewage and meat, poultry and food processing wastewater treatment process of sludge precipitation and sludge dehydration, by neutralizing sludge with negative charged organic colloid with positive charged groups and polymer excellent bridging and condensation function, promote colloidal particles gathered into large flocculates and its suspension separation. (2) cationic polyacrylamide can be used as paper dry strength agent, retention agent and filter aid in the paper industry, which can greatly improve the quality of paper, save cost and improve the production capacity of paper mill. At present, there are still many problems in industrial wastewater treatment in China, which are more difficult to control due to the diversity of industrial wastewater network. At present, POLYaluminium chloride and filling stations, as two flocculants, have a very preliminary treatment capacity with a COD removal rate of about 30%.
